We Are a personal/ group training facility that focuses on bringing strength and conditioning to the average person. All the trainers at CPR Training gym are either certified or have a degree In exercise physiology. We have over 50 years of combined experience. In addition to training we offer diet advice, supplement recommendations, and body metrics.
I have been weight training since I was 13 and have a passion for learning about the subject. I've always been a competitor either in team or individual sports. I have a state championship in rugby and have competed in bodybuilding National Qualifiers. My goal is to help people and educate them about fitness.
