We are a small gym that provides any and all of our clients the 1-on-1 actual personal training needed. Our focus is on your goals you have set out, no distractions or unwanted looks from others. We stand side-by-side with you on your journey of improvement.
Pelham is a great coach!! I miss him already. He will inspire you to dig a little deeper and PUSH a little harder.. my favorite moments are when he was RIGHT in the mix with me!
Excellent instructors! Very positive and motivating environment. I especially enjoy my individual lessons with instructor Pelham D. He is very patient and attentive. He designs a workout that is conducive to your fitness needs and fitness level. Great place to get in shape!
The gym and the trainers make you feel very comfortable. They love what they do and really enjoy helping others.. The trainers are very knowledgeable about individua/group fitness levels. There, it's really about helping you individually reach your potential as well as fitness goals. My trainer was Pelham. I worked out three days a week and in the first month I lost 15 lbs. He came up with a meal plan and workout plan design for my fitness needs and goals. Pelham even worked around my schedule in order to help me achieve my weight loss goal.He was very encouraging even in the times I wanted to give up.
