Hi everyone! My name is Matthew and I am a home personal trainer looking to help you reach your fitness goals. I am a certified personal trainer with more than 10 years of experience who loves to help people find joy in fitness. I take an individualized approach to my clients, so that I can develop a program that will best help them reach their goals. I'm passionate about helping my clients live healthier and more fulfilling lives, both in and out of the gym. My services are tailored to the individual and I pride myself on providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental atmosphere. In addition to my home personal training services, I also offer nutrition guidance and support to create healthier and longer lasting lifestyle changes.     First I talk with you about goals, medical conditions, what have they done to accomplish them, measure their body mass index, and put them through a basic exercise routine to gauge their overall fitness level. Then, with everything they have told me, come up with a nutrition plan and exercise schedule that accommodates their lifestyle to achieve their goals.

    I went through NCCPT and received my certification of nutrition and physical fitness.
