Fitness classes are small to give you a personal training experience for less. My nutrition services are very reasonably priced and every client receives indivudualized nutrition education and meal plans.

For nutrition, I take into account each client's personal goals and look at how I can help them meet those goals with reasonable modifications in their diet. For fitness, I like to tailor my workouts to meet my client's fitness goals and to meet them where they are at physically.
I have a master's in health and nutrition education. I am a certified personal trainer, certified fitness nutritionist and a certified weight loss specialist. I am also certified in senior fitness.
$75 for one hour nutrition consultation (packages are available)
$40 for one on one personal training session (packages are available)
With fitness I work with all ages and fitness levels. Our studio is small and has no mirrors so it is perfect for those who feel uncomfortable in big gym or studio settings. I work with seniors, obese clients, teenagers, couples and families.
For nutrition, I work with special diets, people with chronic illness, weight loss clients and with people just wanting to learn to eat a healthier diet.
