I don't currently have a pricing system. It depends on the the student.
How did you get started teaching?
It started when I was a teenager at the age of 17 years old, and I was training at my old Taekwondo school as a student for a good few years. Once I got to a high enough rank I was able to assist classes every few days out of the week. Then I ended up working at the school part time and once I became a black belt at the age of 20 they hired me full time to be one of the instructors there.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with kids as young as 3 yrs old to as old as 80.i have also worked with kids and adults with special needs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The most recent event I was fond of was when I earned my black belt in Taekwondo. It was a grueling 6 month test, everything from kicking and self defense to sparring and street simulation, but once I earned it I felt so accomplished. And that was also around the time I got more serious about my training and lost a lot of my unwanted body fat too.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a mentor that you feel comfortable with, that has your best interest at heart. And is really passionate about what they teach, find some one who not only looks the part but knows there stuff as well.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How can this teacher help me in achieving my goals ?
Is he/she giving what I paid for ? Or is he/she giving that and then some?
Are they in it for the money or do they really want what's best for me ?
