Starting point. Everyone has there Own starting point. Starting at a basic level and understating development is important. Both client and trainer Knowing strong points and weak points would help, especially when designing a program.

I have worked with all types of individuals. De-conditioned, rehabilitation, be it wanting to tone, lose weight, build muscle, athletic style training.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Try 'em all. Grab knowledge from all you can. You'll know who for you n who not for you. Either way every teacher has their own educated opinion on the best thing to do. Take with you what's for you n keep going💪🏾

"YoU trying to teach me, or you trying to test me?"
