About
After wining the British championship at three difrent classes: fitness, figure, and bodybuilding - I decided to retire, and focus on physically getting people to were they wanted to go. My dance background gives me the ability to choreograph any level of routine, and help with posture correction. I have helped people world wide, with weight loss, tone shape and functional training to benefit and help, a spasific sport of choice. I am passionate in what I do and pride myself in getting results. After all, the better the client does, the better for me, as you are a walking example of my work.
