About
Fitness has to be a holistic approach, not just an exercise routine. Proper hydration, individualized nutrition(not only to achieve your goal, but that is also lifestyle adaptable), proper rest and recovery, and setting realistic goals, understanding that there are no quick fixes for achieving fitness goals.
I address each individual's own needs, taking into account: realistically how much time per week they have available, past exercise experience, injuries, structural limitations, current eating habits, rest habits, level of stress, etc.
I've trained people for general fitness, both weight loss and weight gain; for athletic endeavors; for bodybuilding, physique, figure and bikini competitions; for powerlifting; for modeling.
I've been able to train people at gyms, homes, rec centers, and outdoors.
I've actually mentored many well known fitness gurus, like Larry North.

First of all, I enjoy people! I enjoy discussing their goals, and helping them figure out how to achieve them, realistically. After 44 years of working with individuals and groups, I love hearing how I've been able to impact their lives in a positive way, both with regards to physical and emotional health. People who decide to make fitness a priority: have much more energy, have much more endurance, have a much more positive attitude, have much less stress, have much better posture, have much more restful sleep, have much less vulnerabilty to cravings for the wrong foods, and have a far better quality of life.
I love to get a chance to share my testimony about having been a morbidly obese child with no self esteem, and God taking all of that and turning it around completely to be used for His glory.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge for packages of sessions, so that a client can learn their routine, and then have the independence and knowledge to do it on their own, but they will have sessions saved up for workout check ups and upgrades.
I also have pricing by the month for those who want the guidance and accountability for all of their workouts.
