I have been doing personal training for 18 years . I enjoy teaching people the correct way to lift weights and helping them with their nutrition and cardio plan. I write a 2 page program that we complete every 6 weeks . A nutrition and cardio plan is included as well. I offer a free first consultation where we can communicate about goals, evaluate through doing several exercises and set up a schedule.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I set up a free consultation/evaluation in my gym. We do several exercises and talk about the persons goals. I then write a program and sets goals and we update both every 6 sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 23 years experience in personal training and nutrition counseling. I have 4 certifications from the Cooper institute in Dallas relating to weight training and nutrition.
I am currently beginning a small group training class that will begin Friday May 5 at 5pm for one hour of weight training . The group will have 5 people and meet every Friday at this time for 13 weeks at $25 per session totaling $325 to be paid at sign up . Please text me to enroll at 972-898-4498

I charge 40 per session. If a client prepays for 2 month in advance I discount to 35 per session .
