What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I take them through a fitness assessment to see what we need to do to get you to your goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have one certification through ISSA. I also have a bachelors degree with a concentration in wellness and fitness.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I am $70 per hour and $50 per 30 minutes. I do 2, 3, or 4 times a week packages.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching in big gyms for over 10 years.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with males. Mostly body building and weight loss.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have helped a 71 year old man get his sexy back. He has worked with me for over and year and now has a better quality of life. Going on dates and living a happier life.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would pick someone with the education and personality to go with it.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I would have your goals written down and also remeber it will take at least 90 days to start seeing results.
