I love writing interesting workouts and programs for my athletes, because the way that I do it is I teach them how to do it the right way, so:

-That eventually my clients won't have to pay anymore for personal trainers since they will learn what I need to do to get there.
And besides,there is something about being a coach and the ability to help others and see them achieve their goals. BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The Main thing is customer's Goal!
But in order for us to do it the best way possible we have to see the level of client we are working with, assess them properly and we see what needs more attention so they will be able to reach the goal the fastest way possible

Certified NASM Personal Trainer.
-6 years working as a coach for a crossfit gym.
-4 years Online Remote coaching for training programs and Nutrition.
-2 years personal training.
