I have been training clients in San Antonio since 2010 in box gyms and have held the position of head trainer.I have been an independent personal trainer for 4 years. I Hold the title of ISSA Elite trainer (CFT,SET,SFN) I hold a certification in assessment and exercise perscription. I won the 2018 NPC Adela Classic Masters division Classic Physique over 45.
I enjoy helping people get healthy and getting their life back! Its about being able to enjoy life, and being able to do the everyday things. Its about getting their confience back or playing with the grand kids. Playing golf again or gardening, The things we enjoy!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The process for working with new clients starts with booking their free fitness assesssemnt. From there we can see their ability level. Every body starts from the begining but everyones begining is different.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the ISSA Personal trainers certification course, along with the Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, Specialist in Exercise Therapy, and Specialist in Bodybuiling certifications fullfiling the requirments for me to reach a ISSA Elite Trainer status.

How did you get started teaching?
I got started as a personal trainer as a hobbie it turned into part time job and then a 2nd career. I was a Union sheetmetal worker for over 25 years.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with clients from all walks of life.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This is diffacult to answer because I am fond of working with each and everyone of my clients. Each one come to me for a diffrent reason. From making activaties of daily life easier, rehab or prehab for surgiery, to atheletes training for their sport.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Making sure your trainer is a fit for you. their personality and their style of training. Also their schedule is a fit.
