I began my fitness journey as a professional soccer player in Brazil . Playing soccer at the professional level allowed Frank to build a great foundation and knowledge base in achieving peak fitness levels. After retiring from professional soccer, I began coaching soccer and conditioning to semi pro and pro athletes as the director of player development for a soccer club in Brazil. I developed a passion for martial arts while looking for different exercises and activities to incorporate into his players daily workout routines. After years of practicing Jiu Jitsu and vale tudo, I decided to coach fighters and competitors while incorporating his methodology of fitness gathered from years in various sports. The success obtained from coaching combat athletes allowed me the opportunity to relocate all over the world. Years after traveling the globe, Frank settled in the United States. For the last 15 years I have focused on personal training with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Blending aspects from various sports and activities Frank has developed workouts that keep people engaged and delivers lasting results.
I enjoy helping the clients achieve their goals, build a self steem and be active no matter the age or fitness level.
