I am a professional athlete of 6 years and I am certified through Precision Nutrition. I specialize in Personal Fitness and Nutrition (plant based as well) Coaching for individuals, as well as couples and families (groups). I also offer online/distance coaching and wellness consulting and provide meal plan services
