... Show I look at my clients as a work of art...that is to be appreciated with the right type of sculpting, molding to perfection. My goal is to allow the client to maintain and better outlook of self and I provide a enriching program.

I enjoy my as my passion for life. It amazing how you can come in contact with a person and your heart you feel how can I make this person be a better person. As I utilize my skills of working with clients, it goes beyond the working out, but learning to adapt and appreciate that person through the "ups and downs" that the client may go through. A friendship also allows for more of a connection through the process of assisting clients to achieve goals. My joy is making a difference in my clients' lives.

I enjoy my work by making a difference in the lives of others. I like seeing people happy with whole person and with consitency, determination, and faith anything can be accomplished. I have been in business for 26 years and have worked with all levels. I have been fortunate to come in contact with clients that have also made a difference in my life and helped me develop my character.

Frequently asked questions

The process involved working with client is getting to know through listening and concerns the potential client have of goals and life changes. I would gather information from my own observation through consultation . Discuss plan of action to reach goals long term and short term. Perform an assessment measuring factors of weight , body mass index, measurements, performance test on endurance, flexibility ability, body muscle strength , and balance. I would go over results and show areas of strength and areas of concern. Present a plan of action to integrate goals and a personalized training plan. Present a 3 day journal to see what nutritional routine the client utilizes. Go over results and form a healthy meal plan.

I have a college education in (Education) Master's in Adult Education/ Gerontology and and a certificate in Mid-Management. These above degrees have allowed me to work with people of many levels (Children, Adults and Seniors). From this education, I have backgrounds in Fitness and Bodybuilding that allowed me to learn the many aspects of health related goals and discipline. My training and certificates with Silver Sneakers, Group Training, Master Training, Water Aerobics,Boot camp Programs and various sports related programs has made me very knowledgeable of being my best at what I do and offer my best to my clients. The many women and men that I have crossed path with in my programs have allowed me to give my best to my passion and make a difference in their lives as well as in my life.

My base price for my program is only the start up fee. There may be fees that are associated with a gym fee (optional). Pricing can increase which is an add on fee for a second person as dual training program. Discount fees are available with a large package is purchased. More information can be provided upon consultation.

I started my fitness journey as being a diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes when I was pregnant. I gained 120 pounds during that pregnancy and also suffered with thyroid problems. After the pregnancy, I was not happy with myself, though all the problems were associated with the pregnancy. After the birth of my daughter, I wanted to make a difference in my life and be a better me. I stayed focused, dedicated, worked out, and ate clean and healthy and the weight just dissolved and I even weighed less than before the pregnancy. Members of my gym were impressed and challenged me to do my first fitness bodybuilding contest (well I was scared) but I did compete and came in 3rd in my first competition. I competed seven years coming in first place and placing the Master's Division. All of these experiences were a summation of my passion of my craft and the betterment of myself and others that I hold dearly in my profession. Often times, we may go in one field, but through careful planning and earthshaking experiences our path is discovered for our well-being for self and others.

I have worked with many clients such as young children participating in sports activities and need a more tailored program to reach a competition goal. I have worked with women pre/post pregnancy and used careful monitoring through the process. I have worked with clients that want to work with muscle building, balance and flexibility. I have worked with Active Older Adult Programs (YMCA, City of San Antonio, and Senior Living Centers) My corporate training programs have allowed me to work with clients that on vary shifts and don't want to neglect their fitness and health. My large corporate programs have included competitions among other geographical areas to win the "Battle of the Buldge among teams. These corporate training programs were also designed to help corporate employees develop character and be better for the company. I am also part of the Diva and Dude program in which I do a cardio fit and boot camp program for individuals with cancer or cancer survivors. I have much experience with clients whom suffers with obesity and helped developed their self-image and respect for themselves to take the initiative to make a difference in their lives. The summations of all of the variety of clients that I have encompassed in my journey of my fitness passion, I have been a better person and allowed me developed as a person.

A recent project that I was fond of was preparing a client to compete in the Miss Bexar County competition. It was a challenging experience with careful planning, time and patience. There was much trial and error through the process; however, I learned more about myself as a fitness specialist. The many fluctuating issues associated with the dieting and toning was a challenge, but the outcome was that my client won as Miss Bexar County. After the competition, my client was on a "high" and competed in the Miss Texas Pageant, though she did not win this competition, but it was a rewarding experience that we shared and will continue to embrace. After all the dust has settled from the contest, my client is still training with me and a wonderful friendship has developed.

The advice I would give a customer in search of a fitness specialist.... I would look at the specialist longevity to the passion. I would look at the success rate and the passion for the craft. I would also consider the level of care that the specialist have for others and the beliefs that the clients can be the best at the goals to achieve. I look at the years of experience and how well round the specialist is of working with others with specific needs.

Certain questions one should as is be specific about their goals. Information about the time to be part of the goal desired to goal to achieve. Any obstacles that may interfere with the desired goal. Reasons for desired goal Affordability The compatibility between client and specialist
