About
As the owner and operator of Trinity Martial Arts & Fitness I offer more than the physical aspect of karate and strength training but offer relationship, personal value and respect.
I hold certifications with ACE, AFAA, ACSM and TRX. I take a progressive approach to my training and am an aspiring physical therapist. You’ll be safe, have fun and learn a lot during our sessions.
As for my karate component, which was the first step in the direction of my fitness career and isnpiration into understanding the body more, I first joined karate in ‘98 and am now the owner of Trinity Martial Arts and I’m a 3rd Dan in rexas Soryu, 3rd Dan in Japanese Soryu and a 2nd Dan in American Tae Kwon Do. I run a branch dojo or the original Soryu association currently established and operating from Okinawa.
I enjoy focusing first on mobility. Once a client knows how to move right then we can branch off to what you need; endurance, strength or performance. Either path we take will result in a loss of body fat and a gain of muscle mass and over all energy.
I love how unique every client and student is. And that every case is a puzzle for me to solve. It’s the challenge I enjoy in making our time together memorable, effective and fun.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
With personal training I take a fitness assessment measuring your current fitness capacity by way of a short and clinical test consisting of a 3min step test, push ups, pull ups or hang, squats, crunches and pictures for posture assesments. From there your individualized program is built.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started with a CPT cert through AFAA, then aquired NASM, TRX and ACE. All nationally acredited and current.
Aside from my formal education and certifications i have a wide range of experience in clinics and gyms. ive been a Personal Trainer at Golds Gym where i also taught GoldsFit, Coach at OrangeTheory, Anytime Fitness, American Fitness and Das Rec in New Braunfels. I was a chiropractic assistant and the clinics fitness coach at Back For Life in New Braunfels Tx. I also spent two years as a Phsyical Therapist Technitian at Texas Physical Therapy SPecialist in New Braunfels Tx.
My goal is to educate you in what I’m doing and why I’m doing a specific type of training. My clients will always leave feeling more empowered and informed about themselves and the future they’re working to atain.
