What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to meet with my student first and get to their goals, workout history, and any physical limitations. I also like to get to know what your likes and dislikes are when it comes to working out to design a plan that is both effective and suitable to meet your needs.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified with ISSA as a fitness trainer and specialist in fitness nutrition. I also was certified as a master fitness trainer while serving in the United States Army as a First Sergeant and Drill Sergeant.
