Has COVID quarantine got you running to the fridge over and over again? For most of us, that is the case and if you are looking at my profile, you must be ready to make a change in a safe, structured way. I am happy to be your partner in your journey to better health. I have more than 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and a background in swimming and bodybuilding. I am kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and creative in my approach to helping you create and exceed your fitness goals.
I am confident I can help you achieve your fitness goals of losing weight, gaining muscle, improving your diet, and/or simply maintaining a healthy lifestyle!
I'm a certified personal trainer and weight management specialist through the National personal trainer institute (NPTI) of Certified Personal Trainers. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Cairo University Egypt. I also have experience as a coach at big box Gyms including working for Life Time Athlete, LA Fitness, and Viva Mais Brazil!
I work with all fitness levels from complete novice ready to make a lifestyle change, to the advanced, looking to shake up their routine. Your fitness program with me will be custom-designed to bring out the best version of you. ONE-ON-ONE or SMALL GROUP training up to 5 in the safety of your home or the studio!

Growing up I loved to play water polo and by 15 I became a competitive water polo🤽♂️player. Over the years, I followed by passion for water polo became a Head Coach of water polo clubs of my university. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education knowing that teaching and training others to be strong and healthy was my calling and life passion. My life experience has taken me all over the world, from Egypt to Brazil and now here in the USA. As such, I have trained a diverse group of people with different goals, ideals and cultures. I truly want to help everyone succeed🥇no matter what fitness level and training preferences 🏋️♀️🤸♂️ you have.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
INTERVIEW!!! The right trainer for you will be one that you believe fits your personality. Make sure their training styles fit what you’re looking for. Not everyone needs a coach that screams and yells like a drill sergeant - but some people do! You need someone to motivate and push you to meet and exceed your goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPT, NPTI, B.S. In P.tE.
