    I dedicate time to understanding how the student thinks about their goals. What their schedule looks like. We then get into a regimend and I follow up every few days with check-ins as well as remind them to be prepared for the next training session. I am focused on results, and doing things right from the beginning in order to become an expert in whatever you are trying to accomplish.

    I was a varsity athelte in high school. I went to sub-regionals in wrestling, then went to state with my rugby team. I have 4 years of wrestling experience, 2 years of muay thai experience, and over 7 years of track and field+ soccer experience. My preference is martial arts/weightlifting particularly focused on a lean physique. 

    I typically charge my students around $30 per hour depending on the circumstances, distance, and scheduling. 

    I first started with ads on craigslist and had a few students I would train. People would always ask me how I have been so strong with such a small frame and how I was so athletic. It all comes down to discipline and mindset at the end of the day. We can all accomplish great things if we dedicate our selves and our lives to it. 

    I have worked with people from all different backgrounds. I am a very patient individual and belive with enough time and commitment, I can guide anyone to achieve their fitness results. 

    I am currently training for fights and will continue to do so. I also have started yoga and may teach that at a later time when I have a deeper understanding of it. 

    Find someone who understands what they are talking about and has applied it first hand. I always find it interesting when I see personal trainers who call themselves fitness guru's but do not have much to show for their results. I believe in action. 

    Determine how much time you want to put aside for training, otherwise it can become quite unpredictable. I understand time-boxing because it helps me manage my time effectively. Without this method I may accidentally spend way too many hours at the gym. When you work hard enough it should not take long to see results.
