I really liked that she was open and willing to answer any and all questions I had. I loved how passionate she seemed when she would explain something. She would break it down in a clear and detailed manner. The weekly routine was great! I'm a stay at home mom of 3 and it was an added bonus that the majority of the exercises were able to be done here in my living room!! She's also super friendly and funny but serious about getting you on track to becoming the best version of yourself! All of which makes it really easy and enjoyable to work with her.

When working with a new client, we start with fitness assessment and nutrition breakdown. From there we will go through a typical workout and give you tools to accomplish your specific goals.
