With 28 years experience in multiple fields of practice from Collegiate and High School Athletics, Clinical Research, Orthopedic and Therapeutic Practice, Weight Loss, Seniors Active Lifestyle, Special Needs Populations, Secondary Education, Big Corporate Clubs and Small Boutique Gyms I can accommodate and work with you in whatever copacity you come to me in and whatever your goals are.
My primary focus is to understand where you are currently in your level of fitness and health and then help guide you safetly and effectively to your goals using all of the tools gained through 28 years of clinical and practical application.
I have two B.S. degrees, Exercise Science and Athletic Training and I am certified as a C.S.C.S., A.T., S.N.P.S., C.N.C, and a C.P.T. I also taught at the collegiate level, Anatomy and Physiology, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, Exercise Programming, Sports Psychology and several others.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We always meet for an initial consultation and evaluation to determine your current needs and goals. We want to establish your current conditioning level as well as your flexibility, balance and stabilitization and prior fitness and injury history. After the initial consultation we'll create a game plan with a schedule for how we are going to get you into the best shape of your life.
