What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I take the student through an evaluation process to understand what the student wants as well as what they need. Then create a plan with them to help reach their goal.

I have my Bachelors in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching fitness and pain management after I went through my own injuries and sports training and loved the fact that I could rid of my own pain and enhance my performance. And doing things efficiently always fascinated me so I sought out different modalities to make getting rid of pain and training as efficient as possible
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes, kids, and older generation
People that had scoliosis, back pain, bone on bone knee pain, sprains and strains, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have helped a 66 year old women walk up and down stairs without knee pain and walk for more than a mile without knee pain.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say to make sure they have a plan of action after doing an assessment.
