I had 0 experience with boxing, tried it out with Aldair and let me tell you it was awkward and embarrassing to start but he made the environment comfortable. He was patient and tried to teach me and the others the right technique and footwork. I only worked with him for about 3 weeks because of COVID but I can say I learned a whole lot in that time, I learned enough to train on my own for now. Definitely recommend, always keeps it fun and different.

I had the pleasure to train with aldair. He was my personal trainer at ufc gym garden grove. He was dedicated to keep me going after every day. When i felt like giving up he picked me right back up. I would highly recomend anyone to train with him. At the end of my journey i lost antotal of 45 lbs and more than half body fat in a total of a month and a half.

It was my first time boxing so it can be very intimidating to start, but Coach Aldair did such a great job on teaching and easing me into boxing. Our boxing sessions usually consisted of warm up jump roping, shadow boxing, and a mix of cardio and pad work, it was a good balance of workouts and boxing which I really loved. Overall, I think Coach Aldair is a great, well-rounded, personable coach and would highly recommend him to my friends who are interested in boxing in the future.

I began my training while still recovering from a hamstring injury I had earlier in the year. I lacked the speed and explosiveness I had prior to my injury and it wasn’t until I worked with Aldair where I was able to regain my speed. In fact, in just about 7 weeks of training with him, He not only fixed my hamstring but also improved my 40 yard dash time where I was now running faster post injury. What separates him from other trainers is that he actually cares about his clients. He realizes to be a good trainer it’s not all about just fitness. It’s so much more. He makes sure you make the right choices and eat the right foods. He always checks up on you to make sure you are doing good. It’s the little things like that which is what separates him from other trainers.

When I came to Kinetic Kingdom, I was fresh out of high school, underweight, lacking energy, confidence, and quite frankly, lacking daily motivation. I had been skinny my whole life due to a fast metabolism (or so I thought) and had always found putting on muscle very challenging. Coming into the program, my goal was to physically prepare myself for the Air Force military training test. On my first session with Aldair, I was truly in the worst shape of my life,
And I would constantly get dizzy and throw up in between sets. However, as the weeks went on, Aldair would constantly check up on me, making sure I was eating the right foods, and sending me custom stretches and exercises tailored to my body type. Throughout the program, I've learned a lot not only about putting on muscle and living a healthy lifestyle, but I've also learned a lot about myself. With Kinetic Kingdom, I was honored to achieve the highest fitness standard award in the Air Force physical training regiment, the Warhawk award. I highly recommend Kinetic Kingdom to any of those who are looking to build mass, lose fat, live a healthier lifestyle, and skyrocket their confidence. Unlike many other fitness programs, Kinetic Kingdom is unique and superior in the sense that they actually care about their clients, and if you fall off track, they'll get you right back into it with presicion and accuracy. I've never been so confident in my body and even though I may be miles away in deployment, I still call to mind the advice and wisdom I've gathered from Kinect Kingdom to bring my fitness to new goals and heights.

If you are not pleased with what you see in the mirror everyday, do something! I was extremely unhappy a few months ago. Severely overweight for my age, height and body type. I didn't know where to start or where to look to start. But I knew I had to. Thankfully I found my amazing coach and lifelong friend Aldair Perez. With his help and my determination I was able to lose the majority of the weight and get my health back on track. I'm not done and I don't think I'll ever be done with this addiction called fitness. Training with Aldair has been a great experience. The reason for that is I have seen and ran into many trainers in the fitness industry that just ask what your goals are and jump right into training. What Aldair does different is he asks you what your fitness goals are but also analyzes your lifting technique. With that being said that makes him stand out because he makes sure that your have the right technique so you can maximize your workouts. First of all Aldair is very kind. He’s very educated and cares about making sure as a client I perfect my form before anything else. Working out with Aldair is a great experience. He works with your skills and strengths that you have already, a d builds from there. He will push you to your limits but not past them. He does very well working with individuals even in groups. So at the end of his work outside you will be exhausted but you will feel extremely accomplished a d better about yourself.
