I prioritize proper mechanics and technique to all of my students, and in time increase the level of difficulty to ensure constant progression.
I enjoy changing lives for the better. I understand that we only have one body and one life to live, and if I am going to help someone maximze their years on this planet and optimize their way of living, then all the studying and preperation that I have done to get to me here has been worth it.

When I came to Kinetic Kingdom, I was fresh out of high school, underweight, lacking energy, confidence, and quite frankly, lacking daily motivation. I had been skinny my whole life due to a fast metabolism (or so I thought) and had always found putting on muscle very challenging. Coming into the program, my goal was to physically prepare myself for the Air Force military training test. On my first session with Aldair, I was truly in the worst shape of my life, And I would constantly get dizzy and throw up in between sets. However, as the weeks went on, Aldair would constantly check up on me, making sure I was eating the right foods, and sending me custom stretches and exercises tailored to my body type. Throughout the program, I've learned a lot not only about putting on muscle and living a healthy lifestyle, but I've also learned a lot about myself. With Kinetic Kingdom, I was honored to achieve the highest fitness standard award in the Air Force physical training regiment, the Warhawk award. I highly recommend Kinetic Kingdom to any of those who are looking to build mass, lose fat, live a healthier lifestyle, and skyrocket their confidence. Unlike many other fitness programs, Kinetic Kingdom is unique and superior in the sense that they actually care about their clients, and if you fall off track, they'll get you right back into it with presicion and accuracy. If you are not pleased with what you see in the mirror everyday, do something! I was extremely unhappy a few months ago. Severely overweight for my age, height and body type. I didn't know where to start or where to look to start. But I knew I had to. Thankfully I found my amazing coach and lifelong friend Aldair Perez. With his help and my determination I was able to lose the majority of the weight and get my health back on track. I'm not done and I don't think I'll ever be done with this addiction called fitness. But I'm so much closer than I was yesterday, last week, or a couple months ago. Don't wait until tomorrow because it's never guaranteed. Trust me those 5am grinds will pay off!
The first step is assessing the student's level of fitness through a body composition, an overview of their health history, and a posture and dynamic analysis. We then thoroughly break down their personal goals and create a plan of attack to ensure quality and sustainable results.
I am a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a DBC Level 1 Biomechanics and Human Movement Certified Trainer.
I also have an extensive background training and competing in numerous sports such as football, soccer, track, boxing, and mixed martial arts.
I began my teaching experience my junior year of high school when I took on the role of a coach for my track team since our head coach was a police officer and constantly had to miss practice. We finished the season as League Champs.
From then on I began to coach mixed martial arts for a program called FCA, which provided free training to at-risk youth in the city of Santa Ana. Shortly after I started to work for the UFC Gym in Garden Grove as a boxing coach.
But because the only knowledge I had with coaching was my athletic experience, I began to study the biomechanics of the human movement system, corrective exercises, sports science, and proper nutrition to ensure that my clients not only reached their health goals, but that they did so effectively and efficiently without injury.
I have a variety of students from different ages, to different backgrounds, and with different personal goals. Some of my clients desire to lose weight and/or gain muscle, while others seek to learn boxing as a means of self defense, fitness, or competition. Some of my clients are college athletes working to increase their performance on the field, and some are senior citizens looking to improve their quality and quantity of life. I also work at Westminster high school as the defensive backs position coach.
Depending on the clientele I’m working with, you can find me at different locations: the UFC Gym in Garden Grove, Repair Sports Institute in Huntington Beach, Athletic Republic in Santa Ana, and Westminster high school in Westminster.
