Our mission: To help YOU become the strongest version of yourself both physically and mentally through exercise and proper nutrition. We believe in each and every one of us lies an athlete and as a result we specialize in Performance Training, Nutrition and Weight Management and Pain Management and Rehabilitation. Expertise coupled with passion allow us the ability to create a unique eindividual experience for each client.
What I enjoy the most about the work I do is the feeling the client gets after improving weekly and feeling more confident in themselves. Also, building a friendly relationship that last a lifetime is nothing that words can describe.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each new individual undergoes a performance evaluation to identify any pathologies or weaknesses that would hinder their progress and also allow us to better individualize their programming for their specific individual needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Houston Baptist University- Houston, TX [August 2014 – May 2017] - Bachelor of Science: in Kinesiology – Wellness Management - Four-year HBU Men’s Soccer Division-I collegiate athlete - Used to play soccer professionally but retired in 2019 Polygon Hq - Wellness Center - Sugarland Texas - Hired as a Physical Therapy Technician but shifted into a Personal Trainer - Observed/Assisted Physical Therapist Dr. Parth Shah with patients. Learned various fundamental injuries and recovery processes including physical, chiropractic, aquatic, massage, and compression therapy. - Organized recovery plans for patients prescribed by Dr. Shah and created physical evaluations applicable for clients. Performed quantitative and qualitative research pertaining to exercise science.

- I have worked with 20+ clients from the ages of 14 to the age 60+ both women and men. - Many have different goals whether that is losing fat, gaining muscle, eating better, pursuing a NCAA/Pro sport, or simply wanting to be guided to improve their lifestyle in a healthier way.
