About this pro

Earning my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2017 from Houston Baptist University is what inspired me to be a personal trainer. Being in the business of personal training and physical therapy since 2015 has given me a lot of experience in the field. I have been able to shadow top trainers and doctors in the OC and Houston. I was luckily able pick their brains to learn what it takes to help someone achieve a healthier lifestyle in all aspects. Having a back ground in physical therapy gives a great advantage to train someone correctly with out injuring them. We train to promote healing and create longevity in their body. Inspired by two top holistic trainers in the world: Paul Chek and Charles Poliquin is where I learned many of my philosophies. I am confident that I can help you reach whatever goals you aspire to live a healthier lifestyle wether that is getting fit, eating correctly, fixing an injury or simply wanting to be an elite athlete.

What I enjoy the most about the work I do is the feeling the client gets after improving weekly and feeling more confident in themselves. Also, building a friendly relationship that last a lifetime is nothing that words can describe.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Working with a new client is always fun and interesting. Many clients come with different goals they want to pursue. The first step when working together is to have a consultation to understand what these goals are. Once understood, I can then create a plan which best benefits them. After this is created, we start the next session right away breaking down all the fundamentals and each day from there is a step closer to the goal.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Houston Baptist University- Houston, TX [August 2014 – May 2017] - Bachelor of Science: in Kinesiology – Wellness Management - Four-year HBU Men’s Soccer Division-I collegiate athlete Polygon Hq - Wellness Center - Sugarland Texas - Hired as a PT Tech but shifted into a Personal Trainer. - Observed/Assisted PT Dr. Parth Shah with patients. Learned various fundamental injuries and recovery processes including physical, chiropractic, aquatic, massage, and compression therapy. - Organized recovery plans for patients prescribed by Dr. Shah and created physical evaluations applicable for clients. Performed quantitative and qualitative research pertaining to exercise science. - Observed and provided feedback for patients/clients using the Hydroworx, CVAC, and Inbody machines. - Observed Paresh Patel perform conventional and unconventional techniques based on the teachings of Charles Poliquin and Paul Chek

- I have worked with 20+ clients from the ages of 14 to the age 60+ both women and men. - Many have different goals whether that is losing fat, gaining muscle, eating better, pursuing a NCAA/Pro sport, or simply wanting to be guided to improve their lifestyle in a healthier way.
