About
Incorporating a 5 day workout plan into your weekly routine. You are required to have a minimum of 2 of those days with me. The other days you'll have the workouts for different muscle groups on different days to show up to the gym and do on your own. I am usually always at the gym so you can ask any questions when working out on your own.
My goals are always to make you feel comfortable working out in a gym on your own, make sure your form is great at all times, and that your knowledge of nutrition is at the highest level.
Throw your goals in there with mine and we will crush whatever amount of personal training sessions you want to go with each week!
I love helping people to reach their true potential. The majority of us don't wake up and give ourselves compliments but takes that first look in the mirror to judge themselves and pick out each flaw. We will always have flaws because nobody is perfect. I want to continue to help people see the good in them and wake up and live with more positivity towards themselves. We have to be careful what we say to ourselves because we are always listening.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A couple of complimentary sessions to figure out where the starting weight should be. My training is related to lifting weights, slow and controlled movements, and focus on the negative movements. We'll do some body weight exercises from time to time but the majority of the time we'll have weights challenging each exercise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

Use to be a Hot Yoga Instructor and switched over to Personal Training after about 2 years and have been training for 2 years now.
What types of students have you worked with?
Have worked with all different types of clients of all ages. Have adapted my training style when it is needed. The reason for weight lifting and challenging weights is because I've found it to be the most effective.
