I have 5+ years in the fitness industry, working with all different populations. I specialize in corrective movement and play close attention to proper technique. I recently became a certified nutrition coach to help my clients get the most out of their workouts with nutrition.
I love helping people achieve the goals they set out to do and more! I think there is no greater satisfaction than to help some one become healthy, live better, move better and enjoy life to the fullest.
