With the whole shelter-in-place situation going on, we get a wake-up call to start taking our wellness and fitness more seriously.

There's an abundance of information on the internet that can be misleading and even if you find the right information, being motivated to start and to be consistent can be a challenge.

On top of that, planning your new habits and going to the gym seems like a daunting task at times.

My name is Marcos Hurtado and I've been a personal trainer and wellness coach for over 6 years now and have helped over 100 clients to their goals and healthier life. I also have 2 other phenomenal trainers with 6+ years of experience. They are Keisha in Oakland and Luis in Stockton who can help you with your goals.

I been training with Marcos Hurtado for a big while now with the goal of just getting stronger and having some form of accountability to get back into shape. I gotta say as a physical therapist that Marcos is very knowledgeable in the aspect of fitness and exercise science, and is also very personable and professional. He makes every workout fun and tailored to my individual needs and fitness level. He also knows a lot of stuff outside of fitness and we always engage in great conversations. Some of the exercises Marcos has taught me I have incorporated them into my practice as physical therapist, as unfortunately as a physical therapist we don’t get to learn advanced movements and exercises due that we don’t learn that in school. If you’re looking for a great trainer and need some accountability to jump start your fitness journey. I would definitely recommend Marcos.

I am a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2014.

I also have education on strength training and eating a plant based diet.

Prices range on location and are paid by the hour. With 4 weeks worth of sessions paid in advanced.

I had a personal trainer myself and is something I saw myself doing. So I took action on the idea of becoming a trainer.

I love sharing what I've learned about the human body, performance, nutrition, and the mind. I've been in the position where you are lost or overwhelmed with information, so I enjoy provide a clear sense of direction with my clients that I work with.
