There's an abundance of information on the internet that can be misleading and even if you find the right information, being motivated to start and to be consistent can be a challenge.

My name is Marcos Hurtado and I've been a personal trainer and wellness coach for over 6 years now and have helped over 100 clients to their goals and healthier life. I also have 2 other phenomenal trainers with 6+ years of experience. They are Keisha in Oakland and Luis in Stockton who can help you with your goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. View quote and reply to quote.
2. Set a date for a Complimentary Fitness Orientation (Consists of a FREE 60 min session of goal setting, posture/fitness assessments, and a custom sample workout)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2014.
I also have education on strength training and eating a plant based diet.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Prices range on location and are paid by the hour. With 4 weeks worth of sessions paid in advanced.
How did you get started teaching?
I had a personal trainer myself and is something I saw myself doing. So I took action on the idea of becoming a trainer.
I love sharing what I've learned about the human body, performance, nutrition, and the mind. I've been in the position where you are lost or overwhelmed with information, so I enjoy provide a clear sense of direction with my clients that I work with.
