I'm a wellness practitioner with 26 years of experience. My background is in functional conditioning, corrective care and weight loss. I LOVE helping people transition from an unmotivated and de-conditioned state to a highly motivated and conditioned state of being! 💪🏽😁🌿

    The assessment includes a conversation about your health/ medical history and your goals and a functional movement screen. 

    At the conclusion of the assessment I'll offer my professional recommendation. If you're a good fit for my program and we agree to work together, then we'll discuss program options!

    I decided to commit to training full time after I watched my mom's descent and eventual climb out of a dark stint of depression. 

    Watching her made me realize that there are probably millions of people in the world who struggle from anxiety and depression but are either unaware or unwilling to acknowledge that they're sufferering, for fear of being stigmatized. 

    I'm here to show people that we are far more powerful than we know. With the right information, proper guidance and support, ANYTHING is possible!

    Over 26 years I've worked with just about every population under the sun! 

    I started working primarily with athletes looking to improve their performance. 

    Today I work primarily with busy executives and entrepreneurs who excel in the workplace but struggle to maintain a healthy work/ life balance. 

    THE truth is that I work with anyone who's ready and willing to change for the better! 

    Last year I worked with a former NFL player who got injured and blew up to almost 500 lbs. He stopped moving like an athlete but continued to eat like one. After two failed previous attempts, I helped him lose almost 200 lbs. 

    He is now 313 lbs and getting stronger and leaner everyday! 

    I'm proud of him for finally overcoming the mental inhibitors that prevented him from living optimally. Now he has a brand new lease on life! 

    I would advise anyone looking for a personal trainer to do your due diligence and make sure that your trainer is equipped to assist you with your goals! 

    I see de-conditioned people jumping into CrossFit and other high impact fitness classes from their computer desk. Wellness is a process. We can build your body from the inside-out and prepare you for high impact, dynamic movement, but there is a process. 

    The best advice I can give anyone looking to train is...

    1. Have a BIG picture of your wellbeing. How do you want to look and feel when you're 60, 70 or 80? How do you want to age? 

    2. Take your time and learn proper form, range of morion and breathing technique. It's not about how many reps you can do, it's about how well you do each rep. 

    3. If you don't know the science, align yourself with a practitioner who is knowledgeable in kinesiology and, or exercise physiology. Fitness is a science. Most people fail because they underestimate this fact. Be smart. Hire a professional and safely expedite your transformation process!

    2. What are the compelling reasons driving those goals? What's your WHY? 

    3. How committed are you to making this change right now? On a scale of 1 to 10? 

    4. Have you ever worked out with a real trainer? 

    5. If you have worked out in the past, did you achieve your goals, and what stopped you from maintaining your goals?
