About

I am a 23 year veteran NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CHEK Golf Biomechanic, MELT Instructor APEX nutrition coach and DMS Massage therapist for sports healing. I also have certifications as a Master Life Coach, and Toxicity/ Detox Specialist.

I specialize in weight loss, strength training, bodysculpt, golf conditioning, nutrition counseling, cellular healing for chronic illness, and sports massage, joint safety.

I am a mobile trainer. I come to your workout space, or we can train/coach online. Workouts are never the same. They are actually fun. You will be motivated and coached in a way you have never experienced.

I also specialize in pain free methods to keep lower back, shoulders and knees free of pain. I use a Deep Muscle Stimulator massage device to assist you in "pain free" as well as Melt Foam Rollers and Egoscue Tower.

My clients look and feel amazing. They are healthy and strong, off meds, and are never injured.

I provide workout equipment if you do not have your own. I provide mats, bosu ball, exercise balls,free weights, trx, steps, spri bands, glider discs and more.

I am CPR/AED certified.
