.) What have you enjoyed about working with Logan?
Working with coach Logan is enjoyable for me because of how consistent and helpful he is with everything we are working on. I feel as if I am getting purposeful training that is thought out and prepared to help me with what we’re trying to focus on in the workout. He is a very professional guy in terms of training who holds himself to high standards which is something I respect. He also is very open to help me with anything. I can text/call him about any questions I have and if he does not have the answer right there he will do research on his own to give me the best answer he can. Which i see as someone who really cares about his clients and his profession.
2.) How training with Logan helped to objectively improve your performance (i.e. jumping, running faster, better COD speed, shooting, handles, basketball IQ, etc.)?
Coach Logan’s training has helped push my limits towards my athleticism/overall body and core strength. I feel lighter on my feet and a lot quicker on my first step explosiveness. I feel like I have improved my speed overall.
3.) What does Logan do well from a coaching/teaching perspective?
I believe coach Logan’s best thing as a trainer is how he explains everything that we are doing and why we do it. As a client That is important to me because I want to make sure what I am doing is beneficial for me and coach Logan does a great job of explaining reasoning on how and why we do each workout.
4.) Would you recommend training with Logan to others? Why?
Yes I would recommend coach Logan to anybody who is trying to improve there athleticism, body or overall fitness goals. It could be for your sport or just your health, either way coach Logan has shown he is very capable of helping anybody reach there goals. He has an understanding on diet, fitness, sport related training which can be beneficial for anybody just trying to improve themselves overall as a person/athlete.

    1) I have enjoyed many things about working with Logan, including his vast knowledge and helpful insight. Also another thing that Ive enjoyed about working with Logan is he is able to demonstrate and gives example on what to do and how to do it and he also will show you how NOT to do an exercise.
    2) training with Logan has helped me improve my game in many ways including how to train, how often to train, how much rest you should take and your body needs, and what specific foods to eat that will help you maximize youre training and recovery.
    3) Logan is a great communicator And coach, he will encourage you to give every rep your all, but he also leaves it up to you to do that. he makes you understand the importance of working as hard as possible but also lets guys figure that out on their own. Logan also loves to learn from his students as well as teach them, he is big on communication and he always encourages anyone ask any type questions you may have.
    4) I would highly recommend Logan for athletes and people who are truly trying to be the best they can be and improve as much as possible. He will absolutely help you with getting where you need to go.
    5) training with Logan is great for many reasons and he provides a calm environment for his athletes to focus on the task in front of them, he works with his students and gives his undivided attention as well as demonstrates and walks you through drills if they are Difficult. Logan will work with you as hard as you are willing to work yourself. Last but not least, Logan helps students understand the importance of working on your mind, nutrition and sleep as much as working on your body so you can become the best version of yourself as humanly possible.
I would say working with Logan has improved my overall speed and control because Logans workouts include not just explosion exercises, but deceleration as well as acceleration. Coach Logan has taught me that not only is it important to be able to explode quickly and forcefully but it is just as or more important to be able to slow down and stop as quickly as possible. My ham string strength has improved Due to the deceleration portions of the workouts.
