My name is Logan Ryan, and I'm the owner of Premier Basketball & Fitness Training.
I've been helping people meet their basketball & fitness goals since 2013.
I take pride in my process-oriented approach that maps out a plan to help you reach your goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. We start with a consultation and skill/fitness assessment.
2. I design a program to help you reach your goal.

How did you get started teaching?
Two ACL injuries in junior college transitioned me from playing to coaching at 20 years old. Complete blessing in disguise that led to immense growth as a person.
What types of students have you worked with?
For basketball, I work with players of all levels at these ages:
• collegiate

• youth (middle school and elementary levels)
For fitness, I work primarily with:
• athletes to enhance their performance
• men and women who want to stay strong, fit, and attractive physique
• people who want to lose weight.
