About
Hello!
My name is Logan Ryan, and I’ve been coaching for the last 10+ years in tandem in the basketball and fitness industries.
I use my expertise from coaching at all levels, including 6 years collegiately as a director of strength & conditioning and a head assistant basketball coach, to create a plan that takes you from Point A to Point B.
The end product is the results you were looking for, whether that’s getting faster, jumping higher, being stronger, or being a more skilled decision-maker on the court.
I am a servant leader who is solutions-driven and values working with people who want to grow towards their goals. If you’ll bring work ethic, discipline, and enthusiasm, then you can expect to get results training with me.
If any of this resonates with you then let’s set up a free consultation to take you towards your goals!
