What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We have a sit down consultation to find out the clients needs. Is their goal for a specific event or timeline. We then evaluate their current fitness level, so we can design the training program to help build them from the level they start at.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years training, with 8 of those owning and operating our own facility. We are constantly re-educating ourselves to stay fresh and on top of the training industry to give our clients the best tools possible.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our personal training training starts at $40 for 30 minutes and $60 for 1 hour. We also have packages available. We evaluate our clients needs and goals, then provide packages according to their goals.
How did you get started teaching?
Started out of high school, being a high school athlete and lettered in both track and football. Decided to get a job at a gym when I graduated. Started in sales and was asked if I would like to enter the personal training program and become certified. I took advantage of the opportunity and here I am today!😊
