Our Training is very personalized to fit the needs of our clients depending on their goals, level of fitness, limitations, etc. Our goal as your Fitness Trainer is to educate you on how to live a healthy lifestyle and reach your fitness goals in the safest, fastest, and most efficient manner.
The reason I began Training is because fitness is my passion and I have always enjoyed helping others on their journey. Many people become injured or discouraged because of their lack of knowledge on exercise.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We would schedule the student for a fitness assessment where we would determine in more detail the goals and needs of the student in order to customize a training program. We also determine the amount of time that would be best for the student to work with our trainer. We then Schedule the sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I have 7 years experience.

The Pricing varies depending on the amount of sessions included in the students package.
How did you get started teaching?
I Began teaching friends and family at the age of 15 because I was already very knowledgeable on the subject from my own research. Later on I started studying for my certification while I was in the army and also trained fellow soldiers.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of students of all ages and different fitness goals.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
To seek a trainer that seems to sincerely want to help the student.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They need to think about the reason why they have chosen to exercise and picture their specific goal wether it be a change of body composition, improved athletic performance, strength increase, or even just to improve general health.
