I want to show people that with dedication you can transform your body into your dream physique. I started lifting weights during my freshman year of high school and have been working out ever since then at my local 24-hour fitness gym, Recently took upon boxing at Benjamins Boxing, and currently participating in Krav Maga at Combat Sports Academy. I recently became certified as a personal trainer for AMFPT. I cater to any age and gender. I help those who are trying to gain muscle, lose weight, have better endurance, and gain strength. I also provide meal plans for those who want them and am looking into selling meal prep that caters to your needs.
