I get to help a person get healthy by improving their mobility, strength and cardiovascular endurance, which can affect their quality of life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know their history with exercise, sports, training and injuries.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended TRX movement and functional training at the TRX headquarters in San Francisco and I also attended; ACE's Movement-base exercise training.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching when I got to know some of my martial arts, boxing, Pilates, yoga and other fitness instructors, and realized how rewarding their lifestyle was and wanted to do the same and share it.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with clients that had major physical issues such as; parkinson, diabetes, post-heart surgery, recovering from stroke, shoulder, knee and back injuries. Also, with people just wanting to improve their BMI.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would advise them that they intern or work with two to three experienced individuals for a few months to gain knowledge in working with a diverse client base, from athletes and weekend warriors to the older population.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1-How many times per month can they meet with me? 2-How much are they willing to change their habits? 3- How soon until they feel different? 4- How soon until they look different.
