About
I've loved fitness my whole life and became fully immersed in a gym setting in 2014. From there my passion grew and I read and studied everything I could about training and nutrition. I've been coaching clients for over 6 years in nutrition, training and health. Through the years of study, I've become certified in Precision Nutrition, Functional Nutrition, ISSA, FMS 1, Pre/Post-Natal, VIPR, Kettlebells I and II, Coaching Feedback, and Equinox 1-3+ certifications.
I currently train in a top of the line private facility in Santa Monica that is brand new. Safety and cleanliness is a top priority and when you step in the gym I assure you'll feel totally safe. Showers and locker facilities are available for use as well.

My favorite part of the job is seeing people succeed in their goals and then realizing how much better they feel in life. Confidence, strength and grit are all built in the gym and its amazing to see the external and internal transformation in people.
