About
I joined Perez Personal Training (PPT) last September, and I feel honored to be one of Jennifer's team. I am certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am on a mission to transform and improve your quality of life through exercise. Our team endeavors to guide you in achieving your wellness and fitness goals in a fun and effective way. We work collaboratively to support, motivate, and keep every client engaged every step of the way, from nutrition to weight-loss, endurance, firming, toning, or whatever your needs may be. We strive to help you establish long-lasting habits to not just get you where you need to be, but also to keep you there. Exercising is not only about your level of fitness but about self-improvement too. Everybody’s needs and goals are different, and therefore a unique strategy to fulfill them is a must. We will start at the right pace and intensity, we will determine clear challenges, and we will work together to make sure you meet your needs and your goals consistently. As a result, you will feel empowered by your own goals and achievements, and you will want to keep on coming back for more! Please go to perezpersonaltraining.com for more information.
The best part about training clients is witnessing how they feel empowered by their efforts, and by the result of their transformation. I also enjoy the process of adjusting their exercising plan as they reach every milestone, and they achieve every goal.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I look forward to meeting you at the studio for the first time. Our first session will last one hour. During this time, we will learn how your body moves and if there are any imbalances that we need to address. We will perform a workout of basic endurance, strength and flexibility exercises that will enable us to establish the right intensity, set-up concrete goals and design the best overall plan to fit your needs.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching group fitness classes as a fundraiser at my children's school, motivated by observing many around me struggling with balancing the need to fulfill their fitness needs with their inherent fear of exercising.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas, active professionals with demanding schedules, and young adults, to establish healthy habits, grow strong and live healthily.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently finished leading another 10 Week Wellness-Fitness Fundraiser Challenge at my children's school, and more parents have requested that we have another one soon! Not only we have raised a lot of money for our children's education, but more lives have been transformed through exercise!
