He constantly checks in on you and holds you accountable. He updates training programs weekly and puts detail into it. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I use an application then from there we can book a Discovery call where I will find out all about your history and we can set some goals together. From there I'll outline the program and we can set you up to hit the ground running 💪


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certifications in anything from Nutrition to Performance specialization, to Powerlifting. I focus on education that directly benefits my clients and moves them forward!

What types of students have you worked with?

I've worked with every client you could possible think of, but I specialize in Powerlifters (especially competition) Powerbuilders (strength and size) and training Personal Trainers.
