About

I became an Exercise Science major in 2016 at Florida Gulf Coast. I was offered an internship with the Boston Red Sox organization as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. From there, I was offered a job as the Strength Coach for The Lowell Spinners, the Short Season Affiliate of the Boston Red Sox,for the 2017 season. I declined an offer to go back with the organization for the 2018 season to spread awareness about the positive effects that Exercise can have on your body. I plan to show people how to get better at their sports, jobs, and lives, by improving the way the body moves.

Working with Jesse has been life-changing for me. He is SO knowledgeable of the human body, our muscles, and how to rehab pain. Ive struggled with joint issues and pain my entire life due to weak tendons and muscles around my joints, and Jesse was very quick with diagnosing the issues and implementing a plan of action. I came to him barely able to put weight into my left knee, let alone run or jump, and after 2-3 weeks of sessions, he not only cured my knee pain but retrained the way I distribute weight in my body when standing and working out to avoid it moving forward. Now, only 3 months later, I experienced no pain, I feel so much stronger, I am beginning to love my body again, I am running again, jumping, and finally back to working out with weights! He is also very supportive in regard to lifestyle and nutrition. Jesse is the real deal! I am so grateful for him and everything hes helped me accomplish through our training sessions.

I require minimal equipment and work with clients for up to 90 minutes.

 

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Internship with the Boston Red Sox Organization and then was an employee for the 2017 season with the Lowell Spinners, The Short Season Affiliate of the Boston Red Sox organization.

I have clients try 1 free class, then sign up for a package.
