What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Students meet with staff for an introduction to the program in which they are interested.  Fitness assessments are performed to evaluate skill level and correct movement patterns.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our staff has a range of backgrounds including but not limited to college degrees, CrossFit certifications, personal training certifications, and cycling certifications.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Pricing is dependent on the type of package purchased.  We offer session packs as well as monthly unlimited class options.

How did you get started teaching?

Most of our coaches have a background in athletics and fitness.

What types of students have you worked with?

Our clients range in age and athletic ability.  We have worked with adaptive athletes with disabilities as well as clients with medical conditions.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Students should think about what their goals are in order to pick the program that's right for them.
