About this pro

Outdoor Backyard Boxing gives individuals the experience of high intensity training that involves working out the full body. Our program provides meal suggestion list, post recovery stretches, and homework for the days you are not with a coach.

As an amatuer boxer , boxing has been my passion for over 10 years and my mission is to show others the knowledge I've gained from being a boxer.
