My name is Nicole and for over 13 years, I have been educating the local Baltimore community on how to lead a healthier lifestyle, including healthy eating habits and a more efficient and safe exercise program. I apply a very unique approach, with training methods that achieve the most effective physical outcome. Clients should expect a high-end experience and workout programs focused on the individual’s medical conditions, ability, and goals. There is a reason why local doctors refer their patients to me and it is because of my 13+ years of experience working with special populations!
I love seeing my clients gain strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance! It can take time and there are always obstacles to overcome. I start every session by asking how my client is feeling. One day, for example, a client may not have had enough sleep or another day, a client may be dealing with a new pain. I will modify workouts to adapt to a client's current condition, while working towards his/her goal. A client's success is my ultimate goal!

I always start with a 1-hour complementary consultation. We'll discuss medical history, fitness experience, and goals. From there, I may conduct a simple fitness evaluation and suggest the best program to reach those goals.
My in-home rates are $60 per 1 hour session and $45 per 30 minute session.
