About
My name is Matt Bible. I am a personal trainer, specializing in sustainable weight loss, beginner to intermediate strength training, and corrective exercise (especially for clients with low back issues).
All of these specialties stemmed from my own personal experience.
I have been a trainer for 12 years. I meet you to where you currently at. I am strict about form, and I am there for you every step of the way, even outside of the session.
I mainly work with busy professionals who have real life daily stressors. I understand schedules and the fact that almost everyone cannot train the way they did if they worked out in their early 20’s.
I look forward to helping you reach your goals and I try to make the sessions fun too!
