Helen challenged me and believed in my ability to do certain exercises even when I did not have the confidence to think I could. She’s great at keeping me focused on the task at hand and always encourages me to do more to be healthier. I have truly enjoyed having Helen as my personal trainer and would highly recommend her to anyone ready to take their physical fitness to the next level!!!

Helen is a fantastic trainer. I have worked with her once a week for about three years. She is always prepared for our sessions, and she is terrific at designing a work out that will make me stronger. She looks back at what we have done, and figures out whether it’s time to increase. Over the time we have worked together she has taken a number of continuing education courses, and brought new exercises into our work out. She always adds variety into what we do, so it’s never the same. Plus, she is just a delightful person, and I enjoy seeing her every week. I couldn’t recommend her more highly . She is fantastic.

We started working out with Helen as our trainer several years ago. Helen got a gauge of where we were physically and based our workouts accordingly. The results have been fantastic and Helen was very good at pushing us to get better. She is easy to get along with and fun to train with. Helen is one of the best trainers that I have worked with. She uses her knowledge and experience to build the workout that suits your goals. She has never arrived late, and always responds to my emails/texts quickly. She is also honest about the changes I need to make to my diet to help me get healthier. Drink more water :) I highly recommend this trainer!

Helen is an awesome trainer:) Since Ive been with her, my abs. look great and so, is my strength. The plans that she makes are excellent! They really help you keep track of your progress and achieve your goals! She listens well & definitely knows a lot about the best workouts to meet your needs!
Her nutrition tips are also fantastic and have greatly reduced my fat! Thank you Helen.
