    When I first went to him I was recovering from a shattered leg. Doctor's told me with PT and excersise it would take a 6 monthes to walk without a cane and a year to a year and 1/2 to run again. Working with him I was was walking without a cane in 3 months and by 6 months I was running again. It wasn't easy but he was there to train and support me. If your looking to make military or law enforcement training requirements or recovering from an injury he is your man.

    Chauncey is life changing. He gives you the mental confidence to reach goals you didn’t have when you started. The workouts are fun and will challenge you to do things you don’t enjoy doing but you will see the strength gain in other workouts you don’t mind doing. He is an ideal trainer for anyone, especially those who do not like to ask for help. 11/10 would recommend to everyone!!

    The training sessions are customized to fit the needs of the individual, they are not a one size fits all approach. Goal setting is encouraged and the recommendations given to reach those individual goals are reasonable and achievable. The atmosphere is always fun and the workouts often incorporate activities that can be done outside of the gym that fit the everyday lifestyle of the person. I love the personal attention given to the impact of past injuries and possible limitation; it shows the consideration for the total person is taken into account in each workout session.


What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to see where you are physically: level of fitness assessing through proper form for fundamental movements, range of motion, balance, and strength. 

I will also discuss proper nutrition intake for your new lifestyle.

Also it is very important to see where each person is mentally: goal oriented with or without a deadline.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I studied at the University of Maryland, College Park. NSPA Personal Trainer certified, have 11 years of experience ranging from Bally Total Fitness, Fitness 1st, and Champion Boxing and Fitness with people ranging from the ages of 6 to 96.

Family Standard
Consist of 32 sessions total (Max: Family of 4)

Option A - Package selected plus $50/person per month for "Champion Boxing & Fitness" gym fee
Example1: Standard [$50 + $30= $80]
Example2: Accelerator (two people) [$50 + 25 +$50 + 25= $150]
Option B - Travel house call rate: $5 for 20 miles, any additional mile $0.50.
