    John is a great personal trainer. I have worked out with him for about a year and a half. He is very knowledgeable about the body, body chemistry, what I needed to reach my fitness goals. If a task is too hard, he is able to help me modify the movement and eventually accomplish the more difficult task in the next few weeks or so. Another big plus is my increased flexibly and balance due to John’s targeting of those skills. He is genuine, down to earth, and the workouts are always creative and fun.

    Training with John I got into the best shape of my life! I was eating healthy and kept with it. During our sessions we always were doing creative exercises to keep my body ever changing for the best. John really knew how to put workouts together that were fun and made workouts not seem like hard work. Boxing was the best and brought out this fierce side of me during our workouts! He also kept a close eye on my nutrition week to week to keep me on track!
