I had never worked with a trainer prior to working with John. I told him what my objectives were, relative to my age and the sports I play, and he has done an excellent job implementing a strength and mobility program for me.
John is a great personal trainer. I have worked out with him for about a year and a half. He is very knowledgeable about the body, body chemistry, what I needed to reach my fitness goals. If a task is too hard, he is able to help me modify the movement and eventually accomplish the more difficult task in the next few weeks or so. Another big plus is my increased flexibly and balance due to John’s targeting of those skills. He is genuine, down to earth, and the workouts are always creative and fun.
John was great! At the time i started training with John, i had a shoulder injury and he came up with creative exercises for me & within a few weeks, i regained strength & greater mobility. Outstanding motivator- i also achieved my weight & toning milestones.
