I am a certified personal trainer and a certified nutrition coach. Although I offer virtual, online and face to face training, I enjoy face to face the most because I'm right there live with the client to experience the workout with them.
I love to encourage people to give there best. I like to be honest and straight up to all my clients to ensure we're on the same page which will eventually lead to RESULTS! I am a habit based coach that focuses on not just the work in the gym but also habits outside the gym...(that's where the real work is)

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first training session will be an assessment. This assessment will be to see where the client is physically, more like a starting point. After the assessement, a custom made program will be made for the client based on the results from the assessment and the clients goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified personal Trainer through NASM and a certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. I have been certified since 2019.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I have one package that consist of Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching that last for 16 weeks. $400/ month or $1450 paid in full which would be a savings of $150. Package includes

How did you get started teaching?
Since 2016 I have had a love for fitness. I would work out from time to time but then as time went on I realized that without my health nothing else matters and I wanted others to live long healthy lives as well.
What types of students have you worked with?
In the past working with people who want to learn better eating habits and put on some lean muscle.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
No events recently that I am fond of. I am just proud to be alive and to be able to help people live long healthy lives.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be open minded, and willing to make adjustments as time goes on.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Are they willing to do what it takes to get the results the want?
