What is your typical process for working with a new student?

-Phone Screening and introductions(brief history of exercise/limitations)

FIRST MEETING(Free)

-Tour studio/sample workout

-Determine the goal & provide specific details on how we will acheive it together(Cardio, Nutrition, Strength Training)

-Level of investment

SECOND MEETING(1st Session)

-Full Fitness Assessment(measurements, bodyfat, exercise testing)

*This helps provide one of our professionals the infrastructure of your workout regimen*

THIRD MEETING(2nd Session)

-Install Cardiovascular program & connect to our coaching app

-Client receives HR Monitor 

FOURTH MEETING(3rd Session and beyond)

-Begin Customized Strength Training Program at the studio with a trainer

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

For the 3rd consecutive year, we have just finished our "Fantasy Fitness" program where, our clients get drafted to a team coached by one of our trainers.  Each team plays another team for 5 weeks.  Then we set up a playoff bracket and seed teams according to their records.  All vying for the championship, which carries a team dinner and trophy ceremony.  For the third year in a row, we have people putting in a ton of work both during training and cardio/nutrition.  It's amazing to see people work so hard and head into the holiday season looking the best they have all year.


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Find a trainer/place you can commit to that keeps your exercise regimen fun, but structured.  No sense in wasting your money doing what the trainer feels like doing on that particular day.  There is a reason we call it exercise science.  This is data backed metrics and professional detail applied to those metrics to achieve a common goal and move the needle in one direction or the other.
