What is your typical process for working with a new student?
EVALUATE , we access your ,Health, Fitness and movement .
ELIMINATE we decide what type program is needed to help the you reach your goals. We use your assement to determine what your blockers are and start eliminating them , from bad diet strategies , poor ,sleep, too much tech or dysfunctional movement , working with you we Eliminate them.
ADD ONLY WHAT IS NEEDED
FFTS uses your assesments to deterine what programs are best for you , adding only what you need to Eliminate your Blockers and keep them from returing once we Eliminate them than we adress how to get you functioning at your optimum levels possible .
Add only What Is Needed ,every client receives a personalized program that is the result of what we Evaluate what their Needs are included in their color coded program are exercises that enhance the correctives they are given to make the improvements needed to obtain their
goals .This program is updated to see what needs to be adjusted in the program every 6-12 weeks when we Reevaluate them.
