My approach to fitness integrates your personal goals and desires with the development of personal exercise plans that fits your lifestyle. I offer an initial assessment, without cost to the client, to determine your health history and level of exercise experience and knowledge.
I offer ONE-ON-ONE Personal Training and GROUP TRAINING in a state-of-the-art fitness club. If getting to the club is difficult or not what you are seeking I also offer In-Home Training to help you achieve optimal health and fitness.
